Where can I find bike geometry and sizing advice?

Each of the bikes in our range has geometry charts and sizing advice on the bike product page of this website.

We also have a page with pictures and sizing from real riders with info about what fit worked for them and why. You'll find that here.

Torque Settings?

These are our recommended torque settings for our carbon frames.

SL Pro Carbon Road Seat Clamp: 5.8Nm to 8Nm
SL Pro Carbon Road Front Mech Clamp: 3.5Nm
SL Pro Carbon Road Fork Steerer to Stem Clamp: 5Nm to 8Nm

Stealth Seat Clamp 6Nm to 9Nm
Stealth Carbon Fork Steerer to Stem Clamp: 5Nm to 8Nm
Stealth Carbon Handlebar Clamp: 5Nm to 8Nm
Stealth Carbon Arm Rest/Extension Clamps: 3.5Nm

Shipping: Where do you ship to? How much does it cost?

We ship to over 120 countries worldwide. Shipping to a UK address is free! International shipping rates depend on the weight of the item being shipped and the destination. For a complete list of shipping rates and the countries we ship to, please click here.

Where's my order? How long is delivery?

Allow 2-3 days for delivery of general orders in the UK and a couple of days longer if you're in Europe. If you're further afield allow 7 working days for your delivery to arrive. If your order has taken longer than a week to arrive, please Contact Us.

I'm live locally, can I collect my order from the Rotherham warehouse?

Yes you can. There's an option in the checkout to do this and you won't get charged shipping. When your order is ready to collect, you'll get a call from the guys at the warehouse. Please make sure you are able to 'Collect from Warehouse' before selecting this option.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes you can. Please try the website first, but if it doesn't work for you, then by all means give us a call on 01709 38 66 66.

Can you "do me a special deal"?

We make every effort to keep our prices as low as possible. We can't reduce our prices unless you plan to buy in big bulk.

What do I have to do to get my bike ready to ride?

If you're in the UK, your bike will arrive assembled with the bars turned down and flat against the frame for safe packing. Our bikes don't include pedals, so if you've ordered some of those, you'll need to fit them too.
