Uncle John is our classic cyclocross frame, updated with new 2012 revisions to keep it ahead of the crowd. Integrated headset, disc mounts, give it cutting edge performance, along with mudguard and bottle boss placement that mean it's happy on the daily commute or winter training ride.

Triple butted aluminium, developed from our award winning Superlight Team Alloy model, with the security of fatigue resisting gussets and revised internal butting profile. Uncle John - classic cyclocross from Planet X.

The Planet X Uncle John:
The triple butted lightweight aluminium frame can withstand the very worst of weather conditions so in a world where strength and reliability is as important as speed and comfort the Uncle John comes in to its own. 
It's been designed to accommodate full mud-guards to keep everything nice and dry and can take up to 35mm tyres. The rack mounts are an added plus.  It's therefore equally at home on the commuter run as it is on the trickiest of cyclo-cross circuits.
