The Carbon456 blends years of experience into an unshakeably surefooted, highly responsive carbon frame with massive tyre clearance for top performance in all conditions. It's nice and stiff with just the right amount of compliance, absolutely bomb proof and has the infallible 456 geometry which we all love so much.

As a do it all trail centre / all mountain hardtail frame the Carbon456 is hard to beat. It's light and extremely fast on climbs, yet well balanced and very easy to control on downhills and technical single track. With it's toughened carbon construction, this frame brushes off trail debris and other incidents like a bullet proof vest.

Set up as a long travel bike (up to 160mm) it normally builds into a complete bike weight of between 23 and 26lbs. And at these prices it's an absolute steal.

So let's round up the details. It weighs 1.5kg - thats about 3.3lb. It will work great with a fork ranging from 100-160mm travel. It'll take a tapered or straight steerer fork. The dropouts allow to you to run vertical dropouts for normal geared wheels, or even singlespeed or Alfine. BB shell is a normal 73mm unit. And it'll take 2.4in tyres.

There really is no comparison for a frame of  this geometry, weight and strength at this price point.
