Titus took the racerboy's favourite X and a new level of carbon fibre construction knowhow to come up with the incredible new, lighter, stiffer, faster Titus X Carbon.
Speed. Agility. Quickness. Qualities that define a champion. This thoroughbred is designed around cutting edge suspension technology which delivers optimal performance for maximum speed and spot-on handling at the lightest weight possible. Crush the competition or your buddies on the next ride. X marks the spot when it comes to high-performance racing frames.
The X Carbon is Titus' short-travel out-and-out cross country weapon, completely re-engineered with full-carbon construction and designed for speed. Weighing only 2270g inc shock (that's 5 bs in old money).
The aggressive 71 degree head angle the X makes no apologies for its race-winning intentions.
The X is classically cross country. Steep, long, low. It's not a bike for Saturday pootles. It's a bike for Sunday podiums.
The X is all about less-is-more. The 105mm travel gives racers all the travel they need for the race course without bogging them down with excessive weight or overly-high and lofty handling. Racers like their bikes to react as fast as their synapses. Incredible acceleration. Lightning fast handling in the twisty stuff.
The Medium sized frame with all full hardware weighs under 5lbs. including shock!
Internal cable routing eliminates awkward routing, creating seamless flow of cables to key components, enhancing overall frame elegance and performance. Refined R.U.B. plate protects the down tube and BB area from impacts. New Full Carbon Construction Swingarm. The all-new seat stay features a full carbon dropout, carbon yoke and new s-bend shaping for enhanced heel clearance. The integrated, stainless steel chain suck shield is a nice touch.
The X can take as a hard beating as your body can give out. The X is not a comfy armchair. You'll finish your ride exhausted and spent, after having given it your all.
