UJ

My UJ is solid and strong without being heavy and sluggish. I use the UJ mainly for my 25 mile round trip commute along gravel and mud towpaths. It will also be used for winter training when the nasty weather gets here. I was expecting the frame to ride harsher than it does and I find it quite comfortable. I guess the 38mm Schwalbe Marathon Cross tyres help take the sting out of the rocks, stones, lumps and bumps on my commute. I have SKS muduards fitted to protect me from the worse of the mud and lighting is provided by Ay-UP and Cat-Eye. When I bought the bike I upgraded the bars to ergo carbon ones and I'm very glad I did. I'll be ordering some for my carbon Focus road bike soon.
